It never ceases to amaze - and delight - me how much there is still discover on the local food front. I could never be bored by local food - there's always something new just around the corner. Which is why I was delighted to hear from the Cowran Estate at Pennington near Ulverston in Cumbria who can count Tom Aiken among one of their most ardent admirers.
