Steamed Vegetables with pasta in a creamy sauce

Here’s a dish to do in one of those three tier steamers…
In the bottom pan cook your pasta … in the steamer above it cooked sliced baby leeks, sliced mushrooms, and sliced green beans. And in the top steamer heat through some shredded smoked chicken breast.
When the pasta is nearly cooked add the veg, cook for a few minutes more, then drain and stir in the chicken.
Finally, add some reduced fat crème fraiche, some chopped fresh parsley, mix well and serve in a deep bowl so that you can slurp to your heart’s content!
